i have few projects in solution referring syste.web.http , formatting binary. things fine few days last week team services build started failing without changed made on ref: , gives me below error

however, same project building fine in locally. tried looking projects , made sure none of project using 4.0.0. no luck. can 1 please me rid of issue? in advance.
make sure check bin folders. mean can changed in bin folder, reference in project can still 4.0.0.0.
