i have doit task depends on 1 of several datasets contained in h5 file.
does have idea how (1) check dependency determine whether or not execute task , (2) save dependency's signature checking next time task executed?
in doit can write custom rules check if task up-to-date or not. check uptodate http://pydoit.org/dependencies.html#uptodate
