i have sql import hasn't completed yet , isn't progressing @ all. isstance storage uses has been @ 9gb of 10gb 3 days now. have tried deleting instance web interface google cloud sdk shell , web based cloud shell.
i error message saying restarting failed when running "gcloud sql instances restart instance_name".
i error message saying operation taking longer expected when run "gcloud sql instances delete instance_name".
is there way can kill , delete instance.
