for purpose of sharing internet connection wifi devices i've used either command line or easy setup , use program virtual route manager v1.0. creates network using 5ghz band (channel 36). , have android device not working in range.
i've tried 7 ways share ethernet. there no advice how setup band , channel.
how can make connection work on 2.4ghz band?
thats easy..
go network connections
control panel\network , internet\network connections
select wifi adapter
- click on
properties - click on
configure - go
advanced section - find preferred band , change 2.4 ghz
- find
channel width, change 20 mhz ..
and done..
